Compliance with regulations
Tribo Lube Compliance Management System As a worldwide operating group of lubricants companies, Tribo Lube PETROLUB constantly faces competition in its various business areas. And we are ready for such competition without any restrictions. For us, fair competition is the foundation for ethical business conduct and progress, as it provides us with a variety of options and opportunities for further development in the market. All Tribo Lube employees must comply with and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Without exception, managers and employees are required to comply in their professional activities with the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and community standards, regardless of whether such requirements are international or national. Breaking the law can damage the reputation of our company, weaken its position in the market, and cause economic damage. In 2004, Tribo Lube PETROLUB implemented a Code of Conduct that defines, among other standards, the principles of fair competition, transparency and ethical business conduct. The functions of corporate governance and compliance control were transferred directly to the Board of Directors. The Tribo Lube PETROLUB Compliance System includes a Chief Compliance Officer and a dedicated department that provides support and guidance to our employees around the world. There is one Compliance Officer for each local unit. Reissued in 2012, the Code of Conduct and Guidelines, which address the most important aspects of compliance and address, among other things, anti-corruption and anti-competition issues, are mandatory operating principles that ensure that all employees are consistently complied with and adhered to. ethical standards. This initiative is complemented by information and training, ongoing review and remediation of violations of standards and regulations, a compliance hotline, ongoing reporting, and ad hoc audits related to compliance.
