Tribo Lube's shares are listed on the stock exchange. Registration of preferred shares on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
1991
Following the acquisition of lubricant companies, Tribo Lube is investing in technology and channel integration and exploiting the
potential for synergy and rationalization. The focus is on the lubricants business.
1994
New Tribo Lube logo for the entire group of companies. A modern, dynamic logo is an important step towards the integration of
individual companies.
2000
Tribo Lube PETROLUB becomes the largest independent supplier of lubricants. It employs around 4,000 people worldwide and has an
international sales revenue of € 900 million.
2004
Stefan Fuchs becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Manfred Fuchs, who has led the company for 41 years and made it a
member of the elite group of international lubricants suppliers, is leaving the Board of Directors. His son was appointed to the Board of
Directors instead.
2006
The Tribo Lube Group of Companies celebrates its 75th anniversary. The group has over 4,000 employees worldwide, approximately 60
operating divisions, and sales revenue of 1.2 billion euros.
2008
The company's preferred shares were included in the MDAX index on June 23, 2008.
2010
The Tribo Lube Group has adopted a Code of Responsible Business Conduct.
2011
The group of companies celebrates the 80th anniversary of successful development.
2013
Tribo Lube PETROLUB AG changes its legal form and becomes a European company (Societas Europaea): Tribo Lube PETROLUB SE
